JPAM Point/Counterpoint Articles: Stop & Frisk (J. Fagan)

As part of our ongoing effort to promote JPAM authors to the APPAM membership and the public policy world at large, we are asking JPAM authors to answer a few questions to promote their research article on the APPAM website.

If you're an APPAM member and have news you'd like to share with your peers, let us know. Whether it's a job promotion, new position, recent publication, recognition and award, or other public notification, email us the details, relevant links, and a photo (if possible). We'll share your news with the rest of the association here on the website!

Please provide your full name, position, and institution in the body of the email along with your submission material(s).
