Instructions for Registering for the Singapore conference:
All registrations for the special international conference being convened by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
(National University of Singapore) and the University of Maryland School of Public Policy will be made through the
Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management beginning on or about 8 September 2008. Early registration will
close on 30 October 2008, regular registration will close on 19 December 2008, and registration will be available
on-site at the conference. Payment will be accepted by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), cheque
(payable in U.S. dollars), or by wire transfer. Credit card payments will be processed online using the YourPay portal
associated with CitiBank Merchant Services.

There is a discount for individuals who choose to register early and for being a member of APPAM. If you wish to take

Persons in low-income countries: You may be eligible for a waiver of the registration fee. There will be
instructions for applying for a waiver when you complete the registration process.
