Payment

All registrations must be completed at APPAM.org. Online registrations can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express cards. Domestic checks can be mailed to the APPAM office at 1029 Vermont Ave NW, Suite #1150, Washington, DC 20005. We cannot accept foreign money orders or bank transfers from individuals. Everyone presenting a paper or poster, taking part in a roundtable or acting as a chair or discussant must register for the conference. APPAM requires all people presenting papers on panels to register by Friday, September 27. APPAM reserves the right to remove papers from the conference if panelists do not register by this date. You may cancel your registration for a refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee, prior to September 27. No registration cancellations will be accepted after September 30. Early registration pricing will be available July 15 – October 3. Regular registration pricing will be available from October 4 – November 2. Those who wish to register after November 2 will need to do so onsite.

In order to receive member pricing, you must be a current individual APPAM member in good standing. If you need to renew your membership, you must renew your membership first, including payment, before registering for the conference or you will not receive the member price. If you're not sure of your member status or need assistance with renewal/joining APPAM, please contact Ryan Martz.

If you wish to register as a student for the Fall Research Conference, you must first join APPAM as a student member. The cost of an APPAM student membership is $35 and can be purchased online.

New for 2013

You can now register multiple individuals online via the Add Another Registration link, located in the shopping cart. This link will redirect you to the start of registration where you may select “Someone else” for registration type, search for the individual, and add their registration to the EXISTING invoice.  This way, you can have multiple registrants contained within one invoice to make payment easier. 

Please only use the downloadable Group Registration or Individual Registration forms if you are having difficulties with the online system.

*Processing of all offline, paper registrations may take up to one week. Please plan accordingly and do not send forms on the day of a deadline.*
