There will be three different general sponsor levels and recognition will be given to each sponsor in marketing materials, onsite at the conference, and on APPAM.org. This is a great opportunity to highlight your program or institution in front of 3,000 potential students and employees.

This new sponsorship opportunity includes a static footer ad in the Online Program and a static footer ad in conference mobile app for all sessions in that policy area. The complimentary headshot lounge is an attendee favorite that’s open daily in the APPAM Exhibit Hall. Your organization’s logo will be featured prominently on headshot signage and on the website & the mobile app. Attendees line up for a free headshot that will be delivered via email – no appointment required!
APPAM is pleased to bring back the one hour Speed Mentoring event this November. Get your organization’s in front of student & young professional mentees, in addition to experienced mentors on the event website, online program, and mobile app.

The seminar is to introduce the field of public policy and potential future career opportunities in the field, as well as to provide professional development and networking time. The Student Hub is a popular lounge area for students and recent graduates to network and recharge in between sessions. The lounge will be located near registration and the APPAM Exhibit Hall. APPAM is pleased to host the eighth cohort of Equity and Inclusion fellows at the #2025APPAM conference this November. The fellowship recognizes students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds for their accomplishments and bright futures in the public policy world.
APPAM fellows are invited to a casual reception to meet their peers and grow their networks. Sponsors will be recognized on signage, a table for handouts, and will be invited to give brief welcome remarks before allowing past and current fellows to mix and mingle. This event is non-exclusive and may be sponsored by up to two organizations.

APPAM no longer offers a printed program or pocket guide. Attendee’s will solely rely on the Online Program, APPAM website, and mobile app for planning their conference experience.

The APPAM Exhibit Hall has long been the meeting, networking, and refreshment spot for attendees. Various special events are hosted inside of the Exhibit Hall, such as a poster reception, a poster luncheon, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, the headshot lounge, and much more.
APPAM booths come with back and side drape, one to two draped six-foot tables, two chairs, and a small ID sign. Exhibit booths should be staffed throughout the open exhibit hall hours.
Participating in the APPAM Career & PhD Program Fair on Friday? Exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary table at the fair.
The decorator information and exhibit hall floorplan will be made available in summer 2026.
The Career & PhD Program Fair will take place on Friday, November 14 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary fair table to meet with interested students and job seekers during this two-hour event. Not exhibiting this year? Institutional members receive discounted fair table rates. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis through Thursday, October 30.

Rooms are set in board room style and can be reserved in one-hour increments, for a maximum of three total hours, from Thursday, November 13 – Saturday, November 15. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis through Wednesday, October 30.
