Registration Information

Registration for the APPAM Fall Research Conference is required regardless of the role (presenter, fellow, etc). Registration includes sessions, coffee breaks, Membership & Awards Lunch, Presidential Address & Awards, Poster Reception & Luncheon, APPAM-sponsored special events, the Exhibit Hall, and Career & PhD Fair.

Student rates are for student members only.
Cancellations/refunds must be requested by 10/9/2026 and will incur a $100 fee. Cancellation and refund requests after 10/9/2026 will not be granted.
Payments are due no later than 10/9/2026.
Government employees are eligible for a 15% discount on Early and Regular registration rates. To receive the discount, email [email protected] from your valid .gov email address. Discounts are not available for onsite registration, and only individuals with .gov email addresses are eligible.
Discount codes are not stackable (one valid code per registrant).

Stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place and enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of Boston's vibrant Back Bay, with direct indoor access to Copley Place and the Prudential Center's shops and restaurants. On-site amenities include multiple dining options, a Starbucks, a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, business center, and room service, making it easy to relax, recharge, and make the most of your conference experience.

All sessions and the APPAM room block will be at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The APPAM Room Rate is $284 a night. The room rate will be available until Monday, October 12 or until the block is filled, whichever comes first. Please note that the hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit of one night's stay when the reservation is booked.

Special events will take place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, however there is no room block avaliable at that hotel.

Travel Information

Boston Logan International Airport is five miles from the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but ride-share options are plentiful and can be found by following the airport signage.

We are pleased to offer special airline discounts for this year's conference attendees. If your preferred airline is not listed, it means that airline does not currently provide a conference discount program available to us. Please do not contact us about securing discounts on your preferred airline.
