Diverse perspectives bring tremendous value to our Annual Fall Research Conference and the public policy field in general. From students and young professionals who have overcome substantial obstacles, to researchers whose jobs have been affected by abrupt changes in the federal government, we are devoted to including these important voices at our events. But we can’t do it alone. To meet this goal, we need to turn to our members and network for support.
About the Equity & Inclusion Fellowship
Since 2016, APPAM’s Equity & Inclusion Fellowship has supported hundreds of students and young professionals who have overcome substantial obstacles presented by their backgrounds or life circumstances. The Fellowship sponsors their visit to the Annual Fall Research Conference, where they are recognized for their accomplishments, and provided with opportunities to engage with a wide network of peers.
