2026 Sponsorship Specifications and Examples

Asset Collection

There are various sponsor assets that need to be collected from the three sponsor levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver) and our digital advertisers. Sponsor assets will be collected with this APPAM Sponsor Asset Collection Form. Please see below for the due dates and make sure your items are submitted on time. APPAM will reach out if additional information is required.

*The digital ad deadlines are flexible. Ad orders will be accepted on a rolling basis through the fall & ads will be made live approximately five business days after receiving the artwork.

Online Program Ads

Due: July 6, or as soon as possible.

Banner Ads

These are horizontal ads that will run along the top of the page, between the APPAM logo & conference banner, on a rotating basis. Each sponsor gets one ad placement per purchase and the ad section rotates evenly between all sponsors.

  • Link: These are clickable ads so please provide a redirect link
  • File: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 728 wide x 90 tall pixels (horizontal format)
  • Placement options (selected at time of purchase): Home & interior pages (rotating), Policy Area pages (static)

Footer Ads

These NEW horizontal ads will run along the bottom of the home page only, and will move with the page scroll so the ad is always visible, on a rotating basis. Each sponsor gets one ad placement per purchase and the ad section rotates evenly between all sponsors.

  • File: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 728 wide x 90 tall pixels (horizontal format)
  • Placement Options: Home page only (rotating)

Tower Ads

These are vertical ads that will run along the right side of the home page on a rotating basis. Each sponsor gets one ad placement per purchase and the ad section rotates evenly between all sponsors. Please note: Tower ads are not visible on mobile screens – only banner and footer ads.

  • Link: These are clickable ads so please provide a redirect link
  • File: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 120 wide x 600 tall pixels (vertical format)
  • Placement Options: Home page only (rotating)

Ad Placement

NOTE: The below example is from the 2025 Program. Top red circle is the banner, bottom red circle is the footer, right circle is the tower:

Ad Placement Descriptions

  • Home Page: These ads are on the home (landing) page of the Online Program. Since there are multiple ad spots for this page, the ads will rotate automatically between sponsors.
  • Policy Area: There’s one banner and one tower ad per policy area. The policy areas are reserved on a first come, first served basis. One of the most common ways our attendees browse the APPAM Online Program is by policy area
  • Interior Pages: These ads are on all interior pages of the Online Program. Since there are multiple ad spots for this page, the ads will rotate automatically between sponsors. Interior pages include but are not limited to the following pages (pages subject to change): Search, Log In FAQ, Browse by Session Type, Browse by Day, Participant Index, and Organization Index.

Registration Ads

Ads Due: July 6, or as soon as possible.

Half Tower Ad

One sponsor ad per registration form will appear along the right side of the form’s page, as shown below. The sponsor ads rotate with each page open or refresh. Below is an example from a previous conference. As a bonus, these ads are visible on APPAM membership & misc. event registration forms throughout the season as well.

Banner & Footer Registration Ads

There are two horizontal ad spots on the APPAM conference registration page. As a bonus, these ads are visible on APPAM membership & misc. event registration forms throughout the season as well. The banner is circled in green and the footer is circled in yellow below.

  • Link: These are clickable ads so please provide a redirect link
  • File: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 728 wide x 90 tall pixels

Mobile App Ads

Due: September 1

Home Page Rotating Banner Ads

  • Redirect Link: The ads are clickable so please provide the desired URL
  • File Format: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 768 wide x 160 tall pixels
  • Misc. Notes:
    • Ensure any text is legible when the image is viewed at half of its size (zoom out so the image is only 50% of its size – can you still read all the text?)
    • Avoid gradients so the graphic can blend into the background color of the ad space. You can pick that color on image upload for each graphic.

*Red circle = General mobile app sponsor ad that will be present at the top of every screen. This ad is created internally by APPAM and will include the mobile app sponsor logo and redirect link

*Green circle = Rotating mobile app banner ad that will be present at the top of the home page

Policy Area Banner & Footer Ads

  • Redirect Link: The ads are clickable so please provide the desired URL
  • File Format: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 640 wide x 160 tall pixels
  • Policy Areas (15): Policy areas will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Only one ad/sponsor per area.
  • Misc. Notes:
    • Ensure any text is legible when the image is viewed at half of its size (zoom out so the image is only 50% of its size – can you still read all the text?)
    • Avoid gradients so the graphic can blend into the background color of the ad space. You can pick that color on image upload for each graphic.

APPAM is pleased to partner with Capital Convention Contractors for decorating services this November! More information on advanced freight & optional booth add-ons, such as furniture or graphics, will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual – linked here.

Exhibitor Dates:

  • Early August – Booth selection begins, Diamond, Platinum & Gold sponsors select first then open to all on a first come, first served basis. See current floorplan here (updated 9/3).
  • October 5 – Freight window opens, if you’re sending materials to the decorator’s warehouse.
  • October 21 – Early order discount deadline ends, if you’re ordering additional furnishings.
  • October 28 – Freight window closes, if you’re sending materials to the decorator’s warehouse. See below for additional shipping options.

On-site Hours: We do not allow late move-in or early move-out.

  • Exhibitor Move In*:
    • Wednesday, November 4, 5:00 – 7:00 PM (Booths 203 – 303)
    • Thursday, November 5, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Booths 102 – 214)
    • *As of early September, we cannot access the left portion of the ballroom until the early evening, so booth numbers 102 – 214 will move-in on Thursday morning.
  • Exhibitor Move Out: Saturday, November 7, 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

*Your booth does not need to be staffed during all open hours, but we strongly encourage your booth to be staffed during the poster reception & luncheon, as those are the busiest hours.

Booth Package:

  • 8′ high navy background drape
  • 3′ high navy side drape
  • One (1) 8′ skirted table
  • Two (2) armless side chairs
  • One (1) wastebasket
  • One (1) ID sign
  • One (1) 100% complimentary booth staff registration & one (1) 50% off booth staff registration. All booth staff members must be registered & wear a conference badge at all times. Registration ends 10/27. Email [email protected] if you need the code re-sent.
