All Day Event
APPAM will host two regional student conferences in 2017. The DC Regional Student Conference will be held on April 7th - 8th, 2017 at George Mason University in Arlington, VA. The California Regional Student Conference will be held on April 9th - 10th at the University of California Riverside in Riverside, CA. During these conferences, students will present research across a wide variety of policy areas, through poster sessions and on conference panels with their peers.

MDRC’s Center for Applied Behavioral Science (CABS) and the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) are hosting a forum on December 13th which will explore the future of behavioral science research, practice, and policy. This event, held in DC, brings together distinguished experts from MDRC, academia, and the government to share their work and provide insight on next steps for research, practice, and policy.

This international conference, held in the capital of Europe’s political project, invites researchers, analysts, and policymakers to critically reflect on their experiences of working on issues of public policy and governance beyond borders. The event is sponsored by Masstricht University and Syracuse University. The theme of the 9th annual International Conference will be “Public Policy and Governance Beyond Borders.”
