The 2012 Fall Research Conference in Baltimore is fast approaching and APPAM will be offering some exciting opportunities to its institutional members. Please review the information below and e-mail us with any questions and inquiries.

2012 Fall Research Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

APPAM institutional members will, for the second time ever, have the opportunity to sponsor the entire Fall Conference.  There are different levels of sponsorship for the Fall Conference and recognition will be given to each sponsor at the social and business events, in pre-conference marketing materials and on APPAM.org.  This is a great opportunity to highlight your program or institution in front of 1,500 potential students and employees.  To secure sponsorship at the Fall Conference, please contact APPAM, fallconference@appam.org or 703.615.0312.

2012 Fall Research Conference Preliminary and Final Program Ads 

APPAM will create a digital, searchable, preliminary program that will replace the mailed preliminary program that you may be used to receiving.  With this new format, there will be several different digital advertisement opportunities available for purchase.  
 
The final program will continue to be a printed program. You may opt to reserve space in both program versions and receive a discount.  APPAM institutional members will also receive a discount.  This is great opportunity to highlight some of your program’s achievements, and increase the traffic to your program or institution’s website.

2012 Fall Research Conference Exhibit Space

APPAM will offer its institutional members the opportunity to exhibit at one of the host hotels for the Fall Research Conference.  Exhibit space is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.  However, the space that will be used for exhibits in Baltimore is large and there is plenty of space for several exhibitors. Exhibit space will be in the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel. The space will also be used for poster sessions for the conference. Each space will come equipped with a 6’ skirted table and chair.  This is a great opportunity to promote your program to students, potential employees and the public policy community.

2012 Fall Research Conference Job Interview Space

Many institutional members use the Fall Research Conference as a meeting place to interview potential employees.  APPAM is offering space at one of the host hotels for you to conduct your interviews.  The space will be available all day on Thursday, November 8th and Friday, November 9th.  You don't have to be a member to reserve space at the Fall Conference for interviewing but you will receive a discount if you are a member.

The APPAM Fall Research Conference is a great opportunity to host a reception for alumni, employees and colleagues.  There are two host hotels at the 2012 Fall Research Conference in which to hold an affiliate reception.  Please refer to the link below for further information.
