Registration includes access to all sessions, continental breakfast each day, refreshment breaks each day, receptions each evening, lunch on Saturday, and all other non-ticketed conference activities. Please review the Schedule at a Glance and the more detailed Preliminary Program to plan your time at the conference.

You will have the opportunity during the registration process to include the below conference add-ons to your registration. While not all of these events have a cost associated with them, they do require a RSVP to attend. If you have already registered and would like to add one of these events, please contact Meghan Grenda, mgrenda@appam.org to modify your registration.   • Pre-Conference Workshop ($45 member/$65 non-member)
  • Thursday Luncheon Symposium ($36 for all attendees)
  • Rossi Award Breakfast (No additional cost but RSVP is required)
  • APPAM Membership & Awards Luncheon ($38 for all attendees)

In order to receive member pricing, you must be a current individual APPAM member in good standing. If you need to renew your membership, you must renew your membership first, including payment, before registering for the conference or you will not receive the member price. If you're not sure of your member status or need assistance with renewal/joining APPAM, please contact Meghan Grenda at mgrenda@appam.org

If you wish to register as a student for the Fall Research Conference, you must first join APPAM as a student member. The cost of an APPAM student membership is $40 and can be purchased here or onsite at the conference.

APPAM will once again offer a discounted registration rate for government employees. Any local, state, or federal employee with a valid .gov email address is eligible to receive a 15% discount off the current registration rate. To receive this discount, please contract Meghan Grenda at mgrenda@appam.org for a promotional code to use during the online registration process.  This discount will only be offered on pre-registrations (7/15 - 11/2), and will not be offered for onsite registrations.

Registrations can be cancelled and refunded until September 30th, less a $30 administration fee. After September 30th, no refunds will be given for cancelled registrations.

The Registration Booth is located in the Terrace Foyer of the Washington Hilton and will be open during the following hours:

Friday, 11/4 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday, 11/5 7:00 am - noon

 

Payment Information

Registrations can be made using domestic checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards. We cannot accept foreign money orders or bank transfers from individuals. Please note that during the online registration process, you will be given an opportunity to print an invoice for your registration.

Everyone presenting a paper or poster, taking part in a roundtable or acting as a chair or discussant must register and pay for the conference. APPAM requires everyone presenting papers on panels to register by Friday, September 23. APPAM reserves the right to remove/replace papers from the conference if panelists do not register by this date.
