APPAM uses a lottery system for our most popular limited quantity items. Previous lottery items have been noted below with an asterisk (*). Orders will open on Wednesday, April 21 at 12:00 PM US Eastern and lottery item orders will close on Friday, April 23 at 12:00 PM US Eastern Time. Limited quantity items with more than one order during that window will be automatically entered into a lottery, a sponsor will be randomly selected, then all sponsor contacts will be notified of the lottery results that afternoon. Sponsors will be given the opportunity to edit their selections after the lottery results have been announced.
All items after Friday, April 23 at 12 PM US Eastern will be on a first come, first served basis through October.
There will are four different general sponsor levels and recognition will be given to each sponsor in marketing materials, onsite at the conference, and on APPAM.org. This is a great opportunity to highlight your program or institution in front of 3,000 potential students and employees.

Mobile App – The Mobile App is the most up-to-date way to access conference information while at the conference. All sponsors and exhibitors will be recognized through the Sponsors & Exhibitors section of the app, in addition to rotating home page banner ads and static policy area banner ads available for purchase.

Online Program Advertisements – Banner, footer, and tower ads placed on either the Home Page (landing page), Interior Pages, or Session Listings by Policy Area Pages of the Online Program.

Registration Advertisements - Half tower (square) ads are available for placement in the online registration system. There will be one ad per registrant/page refresh. These ads are only available for sponsor packages.

Add your organization's logo to the APPAM water bottles! Reusable bottles are placed throughout the APPAM conference space near water coolers for easy access for attendees. These are one of the most popular branded item for both sponsors and attendees alike. Attendees use the bottles throughout the event then take them home as conference souvenirs. Because of their popularity, the water bottles tend to run out on day two so this is a great opportunity to get your logo in the hands of thousands of APPAM attendees.

Exhibit Hall Refreshment Break – Starting at $3,000
Sponsor one of the daily APPAM refreshments breaks in the prominently located APPAM Exhibit Hall in the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The break includes coffee, tea, and snacks and the sponsor will have their logo on break signage, our website, and in the hands of attendees via branded java sleeves.
To ensure our sponsorship rates are reasonable, APPAM funds half of the break and the break signs will read, "Sponsored in part by". Sole sponsors will have exclusive signage & java sleeves branding (no APPAM branding). Partial sponsors will have a 50/50 split of the signage & sleeves with the co-sponsors.

APPAM is pleased to host the ninth cohort of Excellence, Equity, and Inclusion fellows at the #2026APPAM conference this November. The fellowship recognizes individuals who has overcome substantial obstacles for their accomplishments and bright futures in the public policy world.
Excellence, Equity, & Inclusion Fellowship Lunch – Starting at $6,000
The fellowship lunch honors the 2026 fellows alongside APPAM leadership, sponsors, and past fellows, in addition to a keynote address. Lunch sponsors will have their organization featured at the event in signage, all conference materials, and in APPAM leadership welcome remarks. If there is a sole lunch sponsor, they're invited to give brief remarks. If the lunch or fellowship is a shared sponsorship, remarks will not be given due to timing constraints. Excellence, Equity, & Inclusion Fellowship Meet-Up – Starting at $3,000
APPAM fellows are invited to a casual reception to meet their peers and grow their networks. APPAM has two unique platforms for digital advertisements this fall. All digital ads have a redirect link to a website of the sponsor's choosing. APPAM no longer offers a printed program or pocket guide. Attendee's will solely rely on the Online Program, APPAM website, and mobile app for planning their conference experience.
- Online Program - APPAM uses All Academic for our submissions & online program platform. It will be used by attendees to plan their conference experience - such as find session & speaker details, explore networking opportunities, and download session papers/handouts. The Online Program has rotating banner & footer ads, as well as right tower ads.
- Mobile App - The annual conference mobile app launches a few weeks prior to the start of the conference and is the number one way attendees get around the conference. There are opportunities for a home page rotating banner ad and a permanent (sole) policy area banner ad, in addition to the overall sponsor. Ad artwork is due in late summer.

Exhibits
The APPAM Exhibit Hall has long been the meeting, networking, and refreshment spot for attendees. Various special events are hosted inside of the Exhibit Hall, such as a poster reception, a poster luncheon, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, the headshot lounge, and much more.
APPAM booths come with back and side drape, one to two draped six-foot tables, two chairs, and a small ID sign. Exhibit booths should be staffed throughout the open exhibit hall hours.
Participating in the APPAM Career & PhD Program Fair on Friday? Exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary table at the fair.

Affiliate Receptions
APPAM Institutional Members are invited to host a reception during the conference utilizing complimentary APPAM meeting space in the hotel. APPAM will assign space based on expected attendance and order of request. Organizations will arrange room set up, catering, AV, and direct billing/payment with the hotel.
Affiliates can host on Thursday, November 5 and Friday, November 6 immediately following APPAM programming - dates are assigned based on requested room size and on a first come, first served basis. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis starting in April through October.

Career & PhD Program Fair
The Career & PhD Program Fair will take place on Friday, November 6 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary fair table to meet with interested students and job seekers during this two-hour event. Not exhibiting this year? Institutional members receive discounted fair table rates. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The dedicated event website and table reservations will be open starting in April - September.

Meeting & Interview Space
APPAM is pleased to offer complimentary private meeting & interview space to our members this November. Rooms are set in board room style and can be reserved in one-hour increments, for a maximum of three total hours, from Thursday through Saturday. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis starting in April through October.
