We have a clear mission and a cohesive team culture. Long ago we established core values and principles by which to guide the work of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. We value creative thinking, problem-solving, and innovation. We do our best to promote public engagement and service, and understand work-life balance and respect personal/family needs, circumstances, and priorities occurring outside of professional life.

What is an interesting, unique, or fun fact about your organization?

Nobel laureate Milton Friedman, and his wife Rose Friedman, founded our organization 25 years ago in 1996.
