We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty around airline travel right now, and we recommend closely monitoring your travel plans. As of today, only 4% of flights have been canceled at 40 airports nationwide. This percentage is expected to increase, with cancellations potentially reaching up to 10% by the end of the week.
If your flight is canceled and you are unable to rebook, please inform your session organizer and other participants. You can find contact information through All Academic by logging in here. You will then go to “Speaker Center”, select the “Panel Summary” gray button for each session you need to contact and you’ll see the list of participant list with emails.
Additionally, please notify us so we can remove you from the Online Program. Feel free to copy [email protected] in your email to your session participants for convenience.
Please note that remote participation will not be possible. It is too late to arrange the necessary AV and staffing for virtual presentations. If you have a colleague attending in Seattle who can present on your behalf, chair a session, or discuss a paper, we encourage you to make those arrangements to minimize disruptions. If you find a replacement for your role, kindly inform us.
Unfortunately, registration refunds are no longer available, as most hotel and conference expenses have already been incurred, and registration revenues are needed to cover these costs. Although the refund request deadline was October 16th, we can transfer your registration to the 2026 Fall Conference if you are unable to attend. Please request this transfer by Friday, November 14th, by emailing [email protected].
Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you in Seattle!
