Item Descriptions:

Mobile App – The Mobile App is the most up-to-date way to access conference information while at the conference. All sponsors and exhibitors will be recognized through the Sponsors & Exhibitors section of the app, in addition to rotating home page banner ads and static policy area banner ads available for purchase.

Online Program Advertisements – Banner, footer, and tower ads placed on either the Home Page (landing page), Interior Pages, or Session Listings by Policy Area Pages of the Online Program.

Registration Advertisements - Half tower (square) ads are available for placement in the online registration system. There will be one ad per registrant/page refresh.

Sponsor one of APPAM's fifteen policy areas to reach individuals with specific research topics. This new sponsorship opportunity includes a static footer ad in the Online Program and a static footer ad in conference mobile app for all sessions in that policy area. The Student Hub is a popular lounge area for students and recent graduates to network and recharge in between sessions. The lounge will be located near registration and the APPAM Exhibit Hall. APPAM is pleased to host the eighth cohort of Equity and Inclusion fellows at the #2025APPAM conference this November. The fellowship recognizes students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds for their accomplishments and bright futures in the public policy world.
Equity & Inclusion Fellowship Meet-Up – Starting at $6,000
APPAM fellows are invited to a casual reception to meet their peers and grow their networks. Sponsors will be recognized on signage, a table for handouts, and will be invited to give brief welcome remarks before allowing past and current fellows to mix and mingle. This event is non-exclusive and may be sponsored by up to two organizations.

APPAM has three unique platforms for digital advertisements this fall. All digital ads have a redirect link to a website of the sponsor's choosing. APPAM no longer offers a printed program or pocket guide. Attendee's will solely rely on the Online Program, APPAM website, and mobile app for planning their conference experience.
- Online Program - NEW in 2025! APPAM has switched to All Academic for our submissions & online program platform. It will be used by attendees to plan their conference experience - such as find session & speaker details, explore networking opportunities, and download session papers/handouts. The Online Program has rotating banner & footer ads, as well as right tower ads.
- Mobile App - The annual conference mobile app launches a few weeks prior to the start of the conference and is the number one way attendees get around the conference. There are opportunities for a home page rotating banner ad and a permanent (sole) policy area banner ad, in addition to the overall sponsor. Ad artwork is due in late summer.

Affiliate Receptions - CLOSED
Career & PhD Program Fair
The Career & PhD Program Fair will take place on Friday, November 14 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary fair table to meet with interested students and job seekers during this two-hour event. Not exhibiting this year? Institutional members receive discounted fair table rates. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis through Thursday, October 30.

Meeting & Interview Space
APPAM is pleased to offer complimentary private meeting & interview space to our members this November. Rooms are set in board room style and can be reserved in one-hour increments, for a maximum of three total hours, from Thursday, November 13 – Saturday, November 15. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis through Wednesday, October 30.
